Forging Ronin's "Collapsible" Sword out of Titanium. Avengers Infinity War, Avengers End Game and the Disney plus show Hawkeye all feature Ronin's sword with Jeremy Renner wielding it. We forge the blade from titanium and hot punch the slots. The titanium blade is then filed and ground on a 2 x 72" sander. We also forge the aluminum tsuba or guard. The handle is made from Aluminum on a CNC milling machine and then cleaned up by hand. All of the aluminum parts of anodized. So we show how to forge titanium, how to forge aluminum and how to anodize aluminum. Hell even Deadpool and Wolverine and Kate Bishop show up to assist Hawkeye AKA Clint Barton Aka Jeremy Renner on this Marvel adventure.
