It's hard to believe that this game was released over a decade ago. Just like the smoke and mirrors operation that took place back in North Yankton, I've been more than willing to put together this video to highlight that it was ten years ago (to the day when this video was released) when GTA V was first released for us all. The hype for this game during and prior to 2013 was unreal, especially leading up to 17/09/2013 (this game's release date).

September, 2013. I remember getting home from school and popping the disc for this new game into my Xbox 360 for the first time. Took a while to boot it up (the game came with two discs). Things were easier back then...

Some teething issues may be present in this video. I had to compress it down a bit as it was eating up hard drive space. This game has been beaten without using special abilities multiple times before by many others before me, though most players overall have not taken this approach towards beating this game.

At 15:42 in this video, I show that I actually have Jimmy's SUV in GTA Online. This cannot be obtained without glitches or mods (I used the former) in GTA Online. Special thanks to Reddit user DeboIsCool for glitching this vehicle over to me (this was on PS4). This version has a modded North Yankton license plate on it (I could not replicate Jimmy's original license plate, even with the iFruit app).

Towards the latter end of the video, I do reference that it was a major nostalgia trip for me to start playing this game again as an adult. I first played this game back when I was only 13 (I'm 23 now, at the time of this video being made and released). No, I didn't sit around swearing at folks on a video game. No, don't pretend that you didn't play games like this when you were the same age.
