Following the path taken by Simon's Quest, this game too offers a "save feature" in the form of passwords, but in a much simpler way that will become the common rule for the series.
And that's what the purpose of "Epitaph" is, to be the Name Select's and Password's screens BGM, but I wish it would have been used in the title screen too...
I think what really sells this song for me is the demonic laughter at the end of each loop: so spooky!
