Cavalcadence plays "Dad Mode" 1: Cadence & Melody (All Zones Mode)
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So... "Dad Mode" is something that some of the more veteran NecroDancer players came up with. Basically, you assign Player 2's keys to be the same as Player 1's... which means you can play a Co-op Mode game by controlling both characters at the same time, in tandem... just like the "Father-daughter dance" section of Cadence's story! =)
Anyway, "Dad Mode" sounded like fun... so I decided to give it a try (I chose Cadence and Melody (which I guess kinda makes it "Mom Mode"?), since those are the two characters I'm most comfortable with). And it took more than a couple tries... but I somehow managed to get a "Dad Mode" All Zones Mode win... with lots of learning and lots of mistakes (including (if I counted correctly) six deaths and three accidentally thrown daggers!) along the way. ^^;
So here it is, my first ever "Dad Mode" All Zones Mode win... hope you enjoy!
The Zone 1 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- Green Dragon, Gray Minotaur, Red Dragon, and King Conga 1.
The Zone 2 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- Banshee, Gray Direbat, Blood Nightmare, and Death Metal 2.
The Zone 3 mini-bosses and boss I encountered during this run were:
- Gray Minotaur, Gray Direbat, Gray Minotaur, and Coral Riff 3.
The Zone 4 mini-bosses and bosses I encountered during this run were:
- Blue Dragon, Green Banshee, Ogre, and The NecroDancer 2.

0:07 Zone 1, Level 1
1:39 Mini-boss: Green Dragon
1:49 Leprechaun!
2:57 Zone 1, Level 2
3:40 Since using one bomb meant using two, I tried to do something clever here...
3:46 Accidental dagger throw. Obviously not the "something clever". =)
3:52 ...and whoops, didn't quite do it right, so I ended up having to use three bombs instead of two. =p
4:54 Oops, accidental Trapdoor! =p The wall block covered it in shadow, I went directly for the gold... and retreated one beat too late. ^^;
4:55 Mini-boss: Gray Minotaur

7:03 Not sure where the ice tiles came from, but that tandem ice slide was kinda cute. =)
7:36 Well that's disappointing... Cadence can't conjure a weapon because of Melody's weapon restrictions. =p

16:18 First death (Melody). And Cadence is down to half a heart. =p

18:48 Whoops, spent 175 gold to gain 150. Ah well. =p

21:18 Third death (Melody). Oops, apparently using a spell in Dad Mode means both characters use the spell... which means one of them ends up paying the Blood Magic cost. =/
22:17 ...and Cadence is down to half a heart. =p

22:37 Hmm, might be better to have Melody lead the attack, since Cadence only has half a heart left...
22:43 And after I went through all that trouble, the game decides to put Cadence in front anyway. =p

23:54 Hmm, Melody could really use some boots... =p

30:28 Fifth death (Melody). Oops! Trying to heal Melody ended up killing her instead, via the double-cast Blood Magic cost! ^^;

31:29 Third accidental dagger throw. I was planning to attack the Blademaster, but with the Ogre approaching, I changed my mind and decided to retreat instead... and hit both keys at once. =p
31:56 Zone 4, Boss: The NecroDancer 2: Return of The NecroDancer.
32:02 Whoops, this is a time-limited battle... better get moving!
32:17 Sixth death (Cadence).
