For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So it's been a while since I've played Dove... plus I was kind of curious as to how the Zone 5 electricity would affect her playstyle... so I figured this was as good a time as any to try her out in Amplified. =)
I quickly discovered... that I'm a little out of practice with Dove. ^^; But after a few pretty bad runs... then a few not-quite-as-bad runs... things started getting better. And I finally made it to Zone 5. =)
Disappointingly, the electricity seems to have absolutely no effect on Dove. =p Which is kind of weird, given that her character sprites in the game directory do have "electrified" versions. ^^; But apparently, not only does the electricity not affect her attacks (I was kind of hoping to see some chain confusion!)... but Dove herself doesn't even get electrified (normal character sprites, instead of electrified ones). =p Ah well. =)
Anyway, after a few more runs, some better than others... this run happened. And honestly, this wasn't one of the better runs (lots of careless mistakes, including getting hit by the same enemy more than once, on more than one occasion!)... but somehow, this turned out to be the run where I actually managed to make it to the end! ^^;
So anyway, here it is... my first ever 5-zone All Zones Mode win with Dove! Hope you enjoy!
The mini-bosses I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: Direbat, Green Dragon, Minotaur.
Zone 2: Minotaur, Green Dragon, Banshee.
Zone 3: Direbat, Minotaur, Green Dragon.
Zone 4: Nightmare, Ogre, The Mommy.
Zone 5: Green Dragon, Minotaur, Green Dragon.
