Cavalcadence plays "Dad Mode" 7: Cadence & Nocturna - 0-deaths win! (All Zones Mode: AMPLIFIED)
For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

And for anybody who's unfamiliar with Dad Mode: "Dad Mode" is something that some of the more veteran NecroDancer players came up with. Basically, you assign Player 2's keys to be the same as Player 1's... which means you can play a Co-op Mode game by controlling both characters at the same time, in tandem... just like the "Father-daughter dance" section of Cadence's story! =)
So... this is something I've been thinking of trying, ever since Nocturna was introduced: a Dad Mode run featuring the two main characters. =) And I finally got around to it. =)
Given the troubles Cadence + Melody's 0-deaths run had given me, I'd kind of been expecting something similar from Cadence + Nocturna... But Cadence + Nocturna actually ended up giving me a lot less trouble... mostly due to the fact that Cadence could acquire a weapon other than the dagger, since Nocturna doesn't have a weapon restriction affecting the item pool, like Melody does. ^^;
Anyway, in this run, Cadence managed to acquire a Cutlass... so both characters had 2-range weapons with the ability to parry. Perhaps coincidentally, this was also the first run in which I managed to reach the Zone 5 Boss battles! =)
And yes, "battles" plural! Even though every level up to 5-3 was based on Nocturna's version of the Crypt... we actually got to fight Cadence's boss battles at the end, instead. =)
Anyway, here it is... my first ever Cadence & Nocturna "Dad Mode" win... hope you enjoy!

Zone 1: Direbat, Gray Minotaur, Red Dragon, & King Conga 1.
Zone 2: Red Dragon, Gray Minotaur, Blood Nightmare, & Death Metal 2.
Zone 3: Nightmare, Blue Dragon, Blood Nightmare, & Deep Blues 3.
Zone 4: The Mommy, Ogre, The Mommy, & Coral Riff 4.
Zone 5: Blue Dragon, Green Metrognome, Gray Minotaur, Dead Ringer, & The NecroDancer.
