Cavalcadence plays Mary 50: Protect your lamb... from fear! (0-bleat challenge) (All Zones Mode: AMPLIFIED)
So... a "lamb never bleats" run is something that Permanentloops did a while back. It sounded like a fun challenge... but unfortunately, I was fairly busy with other things at the time, and kind of forgot about it, and didn't ever quite get around to giving it a try... until now. ^_^
Of course, the lamb gets scared at pretty much everything (including mushrooms and shopkeepers!), so it took a bit of practice to get used to "keep the lamb from getting scared" (as opposed to simply "keep the lamb from getting hurt") strats... but after some practice, I actually had a couple pretty good runs. Including a 1-bleat run where the only time the lamb got scared was because I forgot about an electric mage's projectile (it wasn't going to hit Mary or the lamb, but its path did take it past the lamb). ^^;;;
After a bit more practice, though... this run happened. And though I definitely made some mistakes along the way... through it all, Mary somehow managed to keep the lamb from ever getting scared. =)
So here it is... my first ever All Zones Mode Mary 0-bleat win! Hope you enjoy!

8:28 Ow. Was about to head into the exit, suddenly realized that'd put the lamb next to the zombie... thought about attacking the skeleton, but suddenly wasn't sure if it was in range... so to keep the lamb safe, I moved to block the zombie instead. =p

Yeah, made some mistakes here. ^^; This was the first time I tried the freeze strat on a 0-bleat run, and I suddenly realized I wasn't sure if it kept the lamb safe from being scared or not... and I half-panicked, and instead of attacking CR, I ended up accidentally retreating! ^^;; Despite all that, though, the lamb somehow made it through the entire battle unfazed. =)
