Celeste: Chapter 5C + Hiccups! (1.2.6.1)
Celeste (PC(W,M,L)/Steam)
v.1.2.6.1 (2019 Jan 21)
Chapter 5 (C-Side): Mirror Temple (5C)
Variant Mode: Hiccups ON
C-Side clear
So, while thinking about which C-Sides might be possible with Hiccups, 5C also looked like it might be a possibility... so I thought I'd give it a try. =)
And as it turns out, it is actually possible! The semi-long bubble travel near the end did worry me a bit, but it did look like it might be just short enough that it would only sometimes cause trouble with Hiccups... and upon testing, interestingly enough, Hiccup interruptions actually happened slightly less often than uninterrupted travel! Maybe it was something about the timing of the section before the bubble, and maybe just a random artifact of the small sample size... but either way, it was definitely possible to get through! ^_^
Anyway, after some practice runs to test out (and practice!) strategies... I recorded this run... and actually ended up doing a bit better than I thought I would! So anyway, here's the video... hope you enjoy!
Some notes and possible points of interest:

0:24 This may or may not be the most efficient way of getting through this room with Hiccups... but when I discovered this strat half by accident, I thought it was pretty neat that we're working with the Hiccups to get through the room, instead of working against them... so I thought it'd be a nice way to start. =)
- Once you've gotten used to this Hiccup-strat, the only major variable is the timing of the final Hiccup... which sometimes happens at the right time, and sometimes doesn't. ^^; Though in hindsight, having a strat where essentially only one thing can go wrong is probably less stressful than the previous strats I was using, where multiple things could go wrong. ^.^

1:12 Just like normal, just do a CDJ (Corner Dash Jump) at approximately the right location! Start right after a Hiccup, and don't ride the dash-platform down (or a Hiccup will probably dislodge you into spikes!), and this room should go pretty smoothly. ^^

1:21 5C, Room 3
1:21 v1.2.6.1 note: This room was adjusted for difficulty (i.e. made a little easier) in 1.2.6.0. I know different versions of the game have different update schedules, so if you happen to be running a version that has Hiccups, but hasn't had these difficulty adjustments made, do note that parts of this room (especially the first part) will have to be handled a little differently!
1:45 If you're having trouble getting enough height on this CDJ, I highly recommend practicing the CDJ in Room 1 of 7C to get a better feel for the CDJ timing. ^^
1:45 Oh, FYI, if you ever get stuck clinging to the small block with no Dash (like if a Hiccup interrupts your CDJ, but you manage to recover enough to grab the block), you can actually use a Jump+Hiccup to get up to the next wall. =)
1:51 Ideally, you want to wall jump from this dash-block before it reaches the bottom... but as shown here, if you get the Hiccup timing you need, you can actually use a Jump+Hiccup to get enough height to get to the next CDJ! =)
3:43 Final area! Still have to be careful of the spikes, though... so for safety, wait until right after a Hiccup before jumping!
3:50 Golden Heart get! ^_^
