Just a quick Cecilion gameplay in Mobile Legends Bang Bang.
In this game I used Lightning Truncheon because of the mana that he gains from his passive skill.
More mana means more damage for Lightning Truncheon.
His first skill is a bit hard to use because your target has to be at the edge of the pointer to get that double damage.
His second skill has a big delay and its pointer is a bit off.
The skill pointer is short compared to the actual skill's range.
His ultimate has a short animation when casting.
It's not instant so expect a bit of delay before the skill activates.
