I've already finished Farewell, but I played that immediately after finishing the B-sides, so there's still one final order of business before I consider myself "done" with Celeste.

(Spoiler warning: postgame details ahead)

I had previously made the "decision" (read: mistake, probably) to play the back half of Farewell before playing the C-sides. That makes the C-sides the last remaining piece of post-game content for me to play.

The C-sides certainly don't pull any punches, and they repeatedly make sure you learned wall-bouncing from the Summit B-side. They're also surprisingly short, which makes them feel less strenuous than Farewell.

When I reached the final room of Summit's C-side, it was the closest thing to the last room of Farewell in terms of what I'd experienced, in terms of requiring dozens of properly-executed actions to complete... but it was still way more tolerable, because the room goes by much faster.

More importantly, upon seeing the very end of Summit's C-side, it became pretty evident that Farewell may have originally been intended to be played after the C-sides. Core's C-side seems to corroborate this, as it teaches hyperdashing, which would make sense to be taught prior to wavedashing.

I wondered whether Core's C-side would manage to be more difficult than Farewell's final screen. I felt like it wasn't quite as difficult, and at the very least, Core C-side's last screen moves faster and thus wastes less of the player's time than Farewell's last screen. Looking back, I spent roughly half as much time on Core C-side's final screen as I did on Farewell's, which surprised me since I felt significantly less irritated by the screen in Core C-side. (I probably would've felt more irritated if I hadn't managed to one-shot the final hyperdashes.)

After finishing all of the C-sides and briefly checking out the new menu that unlocked, I did one more victory lap through 1A-7A, to see how much faster I could do it than last time.

Speaking of things that would be time-consuming, there's technically still golden berries I could go for, but I have no interest in pursuing those beyond 1A and 2A which I easily obtained. As it stands, I have played way more of Celeste than I initially expected of myself. I thought I might reach the credits and then be fine with calling it there, but Celeste is extremely good at incrementally presenting challenges that encourage the player to keep going (and keep trying).

Celeste is easily one of the 2 best indie games I have ever played (the other being Assault Android Cactus). I will probably try some mods, because I definitely wouldn't mind playing more Celeste.
