That's more like it. He got a 3rd life bar and the Dark Aura Sleight. A lot of people have problems in this fight, but I think it's overblown. He is by no means week, but the battles to come are much harder.

First let's talk about Dark Aura. It takes out half of a lifebar when you get hit by everything. That's a lot. When the screen goes black or when you hear that sound, or when he starts floating in the air (or all three :P) BREAK it immediately!

Riku still uses the Shadow enemy card to break his zeros. Sonic Blade him, or use other high numbered sleights that you want. Riku also has his own card. It gives him Sleight Lock, that is allows him to reload all cards used in a sleight. Since bosses have a lot of reload items already, that shouldn't concern you.

Again, use high Sleights and always have 0 cards handy for Dark Aura. That plus a little more caution will give you victory.
