Using a Scrabble word finder engine works great but my strategy was off. Well this is my first test at a new strategy and it paid off. I did guess ORATE and hit the yellow for R and A. Using the charts I see lsn are frequent with R and/or A and the other chart shows A is usually the second or third letter. So I will hopefully find a word with A as the second spot. I find LARNS and I get more yellows including the N this time. This is great because you see my strategy now. It is simple. By excluding A from the second and third spot in the word that cuts out a huge number of words. As I scan through the list of words I keep staring at ANGRY as it could be the word. All the words like CRANK, GRAND , PRANK, DRAIN etc... are all out because I know A is not in the second or third word. So I put in ANGRY and yes that is the answer and in three guesses. This is how I would program my AI code for Wordle if I went that way.
