Cheat Codes - Descent 1 & 2 - ADG Pro 6
241An entire video about cheat codes? Pfft. What could be so interesting about that??
Well, how about Hinduism references, band references, a naming contest, and a movie reference dating back to the 1930s? ;)
Today on ADG Pro, we're giving a quick overview of all of the cheat codes found in both the original Descent and Descent II. While this may seem like it would make for a boring video, these two games really help exemplify the true nature of cheat codes from the earlier days of gaming, where they were more-so meant to aid in development rather than aid players in playing the game, yet could still be used by players once they found out what they were. On top of that, the codes in both games end up making LOTS of references to things, some of which are obvious, some not, and some I couldn't figure out at all! :o
