Chest & Shoulders tune up 🛠️

1️⃣Bench Press
2️⃣Incline DB
3️⃣Lateral Raise DB
4️⃣Lateral Raise Cable
5️⃣Machine Chest Fly

The Bench Press this session, was working up to a top set of 2 reps. I stuck to sets of 3 reps prior to that as I worked my way up! Following movements were all 3 or 4 sets of 8-10, with Incline DB Press being 4 sets of 6 at an RPE of 9
