These are 2 of my favourite lat exercises to get a juicy back 🧃

SA (single arm) cable rows are one of my favourites for getting a stretch and squeeze, harder than a medieval torture machine

Chest supported Low Rows are something I didn’t start doing until last year, and BOY. If I sent a message to myself 10 years ago to do these, I’d have my own Airline from how wide I’d be. These are fantastic for hitting your lower back

Really take advantage of the bench & chest support on these for the stretch 🛠️
