Introducing fried rice with crispy tempura flakes! It's easy to make without a knife, and the noodle soup adds a delicious flavor! The key is to finish it off with fried tempura bits for a crispy texture.

■ Ingredients (Serves 2)
・2 bowls of rice (400g)
・2 beaten eggs
・3 chikuwa (fish cakes)
・3 tablespoons fried tempura bits
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
・1 tablespoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
・A pinch of salt and pepper
・Chopped green onions, to taste
■ Steps
(1) Add sesame oil and chikuwa (fish cakes), cutting them into 5mm pieces with kitchen scissors, to a frying pan. Heat over medium heat and fry until golden brown. (2) Add the rice, pour the beaten egg over it, and stir-fry quickly, loosening the rice to coat it in oil and egg. (Use warm rice.)
(3) Once the rice is fluffy, add the fried tempura bits, salt, and pepper, drizzle with the mentsuyu sauce, and stir-fry.
(4) Serve in a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
