After watching back the first episode, it just didn't feel right leaving so much unsettled in the little hamlet of Bailey Woods. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that I was limited myself with the use of such a tight beltway around the town, and it furthermore felt like I should start attempting to envision what the downtown might look like in the city's future.

Along the way, I had to wrestle quite a bit with a complete absence of residential demand, but ultimately managed to get Bailey Woods to the next population milestone.
