Or, "Redlight, Greenlight, One, Two, Three." Demystifying the timed traffic lights available through the Traffic Manager: President Edition mod for Cities: Skylines. I cover how to set up a very basic ring and barrier sequence on a standard four-way intersection of two large roads. I then follow that up by setting up a series of linked intersections meant to streamline traffic flow across a length of road and prevent stop-and-go traffic, by having all of the lights on the main road turn green at the same time.

Basic stuff, perhaps, but you have to start somewhere.
