One of the RAF's most experienced air crew has spent the equivalent of seven months in the cabin of an airborne helicopter.

With a total of five thousand hours as loadmaster in the back of the big twin rotor, Master Aircrew Mark "Ginger" Bradley of 1310 Flight has joined an elite half-dozen in the entire air force.
