Here is Advanced Singles with Sheena. Clearing this challenge for the first time earns Sheena the title Rose of Battle, and after watching the final cutscene, the Divine Judgement weapon (not to be confused with Zelos' Divine Judgement Mystic Arte. Lol).

Here are some tips for taking on Advanced Singles with Sheena.

Round 1: Acalanatha/Elemental Circlet/Star Bracelet give Sheena immunity to Fire without an accessory slot, which you can use for ice damage with Sapphire or non-elemental resistance with Force Ring. Use Pyre Seal/Demon Seal to split the enemies up, then take out the rider first. Once the Velocidragon is on its own, if you don't have Sapphire equipped, use T Seal: Ice.

Round 2: Elemental Circlet and 2 Aqua Capes make Sheena immune to Water. This already makes the Crush Tortoise completely free, but for added ease, use T Seal: Lightning for super-effective damage on top of it.

Round 3: Use Sapphire or T Seal: Ice for extra damage. Sheena is fast enough with Dash to safely run in and out of the Drake's range for the most part. Good thing too, because Sheena can't hit the Drake without jumping and has a hard time keeping the Drake in a combo, even with Force Seal. I managed to avoid it, but if the Drake remains in the corner for a long time, you might want to spam cast an element seal. See Round 5 for why.

Round 4: You can make this fight completely free by equipping two Aqua Capes and Penguinist Gloves. And Acalanatha or S Seal: Fire for extra damage. Even if you don't, the Ice Warrior is easy to cheese with Cyclone Seal. Just be mindful about your TP and make sure to restore it with cooking before the finals.

Round 5: Unlike Lloyd or Regal, Sheena has no way to get behind the Dragon Knight on her own. Thankfully, when she guards she crouches and gets low enough to dodge most of the Dragon Knight's attacks when she's right in its face. You can try getting some chip damage in and getting back to guard between its attacks, but unless its under Force Seal you're not going to get a combo off. Additionally, while Sheena can't damage the Dragon Knight from long distances normally, she CAN put herself into Overlimit by casting the elemental seals repeatedly, which allows her to summon something at least once quite reliably.
