Here is Intermediate Singles with Sheena. It's not much harder than Beginner, but it does get more interesting.

Normal Mode Fights start at 1:00.
Mania Mode Prep starts at 5:46.
Mania Mode Fights start at 6:47.

So on Mania I generally give up super-effective damage for more resistance, but I don't have to make that compromise with Sheena since she can give herself any element with the element seals. Use Light on the Coffinmaster, and Earth on the Feather Magic. You don't even need to use Fire on the Boxer Iris or Sasquatch because Acalanatha gives us Fire damage already. Acalanatha also resists Dark, which allows Sheena to become immune to Dark against the Coffinmaster with only one accessory slot (Acalanatha, Shaman Dress, Drain Charm).

Also, as you can see, spell canceling makes the Sasquatch fight a lot easier. Not just because of the combo potential, but also because spell canceling is necessary for Sheena to get back to guarding before the Sasquatch attacks her if you mistime your own attacks and hit Sasquatch while he's guarding. Otherwise you gen get stun locked by the tongue. Even with immunity to curse, it's still a dangerous attack you want to avoid if at all possible.
