Psychic Dominator ready. Sums it up.

Use your Nighthawk to rid the Derricks of Yuri's forces (no Gattlings will come this early).
Send Tanya over to the east and place some Pillboxes too.

Garrison the Pyramid with GIs and then blow up the barrels by the Citadel Wall.
This will create an entrance for Tanya, so send her in and take out the Bio Reactors and Initiates.

After the Reactors are destroyed, Einstein can escape and you're given a shot of the Dominator. It's almost too obvious what to use it on.
I'd save before using in case you mess up.

A 3x3 square of enemy vehicles just parked there? Control them.

Immediately group the Lashers (put the Gattlings in another) and take out approaching vehicles.
Send the vehicles east and you should have some temporary respite to take down the Construction Yard, but deal will any approaching units too.

The base should be easy to take down with Lashers. One should be Elite when the Construction Yard goes down, so then focus on Barracks and War Factory, before shutting off the Power.

Yuri should sell when he has no power, and your Lashers can deal with the remaining units.

Use Tanya to take out the remaining defenses surrounding the Pyramid.
Mission Accomplished.

Stuff learning about Robot Tanks.

As a side note, if Tanya is 'killed' during this mission you'll get the same video pop up as during the first mission. No flotilla of Aircraft Carriers this time though unfortunately.
