The War Factory will always get hit by the Nuke. Sell as soon as they launch. Use your Weather Storm on the SW side of the base, the Power Plants are pointless to target.

Put some Snipers in IFVs and try to get the IFVs promoted (easy with all the infantry). Evict the Snipers after Elite status is reached. Elite IFVs will out range a garrisoned building, and can also beat a Lasher and Gattling Tank 1v1. Your starting forces should easily do this mission.

Just head NW clearing units, and by the time you get to the base you should have a couple of Elite IFVs that can destroy the Silo over the wall before the Grizzlies can take the wall down. Snipers can deal with infantry, and Mirage Tanks the vehicles.
