After the defeat of the Empire of the Rising Sun & the only remains will be the Allied Nation. Premier Cherdenko will make a Peace Treaty with Field Marshall Bingham at Easter Island but even though the Allied Naval Fleet are fallen into the trap but Bingham will keep his guard up & prepare for battle but he's already defeated & forced to retreat but then, it turns that Cherdenko is also a traitor & he'll ready his Vacuum Imploder to destroy the Soviet Forces even he also hiding inside the Volcano Fortress & he got every weaponized Moai Statues with it & Tesla Tanks but the Soviet Commander & Zhana managed to destroy the enemy Vacuum Imploder & marching onward to the Volcano Fortresses to bring an end to Cherdenko's reign of terror once & for all by destroying all of the Volcano Fortresses. The 2nd Last Mission is way shorter than the previous mission even the 1st Part is straightforward for preparing for an ambush & defeat the Allies Forces but if you are lucky by capturing the Allied Construction Yard, you can use the Allied Arsenal alongside with your own Arsenal to battle against Cherdenko knowing that he's also a traitor & be prepared that Cherdenko will readies his Tesla Tanks alongside with Moai Statues with Tesla Coil for stopping your forces & Man Cannon for reinforcement as well as Vacuum Imploder & this Ultimate Weapon must be destroyed before it can fire & if the time runs out & the mission will fail. Once the Vacuum Imploder Missile Silo is destroyed, you can now attack & destroy all of the Volcano Fortresses & destroying all of his Super Reactors will cause the Volcano Fortresses' defenses will come offline & it'll become vulnerable to attack & once all of the Volcano Fortresses are destroyed & the mission will be completed
