This will be the Final Mission of Soviet Story since in Non-Shock Therapy Mod like Transcending or Original Red Alert 3, you can use the Tesla Tanks to destroy enemy Ground Forces but it's unbuildable but in Shock Therapy, you won't be able to use the Tesla Tanks due to the power shortage until the enemy base is destroyed & you need to Micromanage your Twinblades & use Kirov Airships as a meat shield to protect your Twinblades & if all of your forces including Ally Commander Forces are destroyed before the destruction of the Fort Bradley & the mission will fail & in Co-Op Mode is even more harder & even it also looks similar to Red Alert 2 where the Soviet Forces are invading New York but they aren't going after the Twin Towers & instead, they're going after the Statue Liberty even the Mental Omega also use the same thing but in the Almost Perfect Red Alert 2 which is a Mental Omega Custom Campaign Mission is completely different story

After the victories & the dangers they've brave at Easter Island & Cherdenko forfeited his life to framing Krukov's death & the disappearance of the Soviet Scientist & the Soviet Commander will make the Final Battle against the Allied Nation at New York City & Moskvin will be the supporting Soviet Commander for this Final Battle. The Soviet Forces are about sabotage the Allies' mining operation by using the Terror Drones even they taking some of the enemy vehicles by avoiding the Allied Armor Facilities since all of the Allies Vehicle, Aircraft & Naval Production Facilities has a Repair Drone that can destroy one of the Terror Drone by repairing any of the infected vehicles & after they sabotaged their mining operation, a small forces arrived to destroy Fort Bradley especially the Allies Forces set up a Multigunner Turrets, Infantry & Armored Battalion to stop the Kirov Airships but they're wiped out by Tesla Tanks (Non-Shock Therapy Mod & Original Red Alert 3) & Twinblade Gunships & they destroyed Fort Bradley & the only remains will be the Statue of Liberty & finally, they destroyed the Statue of Liberty causing the Allied Nation will forced to surrender making the victory will be the Soviet Union. In this Final Mission of the Soviet Story in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, you'll provided a Terror Drone & unlike Red Alert 2 Terror Drone this Terror Drone can use the Electro Stasis Ray paralyze one of the enemy vehicle & it also can swim as well as aboard either the Bullfrog or Twinblade. Anyway, use the Terror Drone to cripple the enemy mining operation & the other Terror Drone will use the Electro Stasis Ray to paralyze one of the enemy vehicle that already infected to preventing it for heading to the Armor Facility & once all of the mining operation are sabotaged & more reinforcement will arrive undetected but the enemy will raise the alert level & building up the Multigunner Turrets to stop your forces but Micromanaging your forces will change the tide of battle & once you Micromanaged your forces & you'll get a little casualties especially the Kirov Airships will level it making the Fort Bradley will be completely destroyed. The Final Objective is to destroy the Statue of Liberty & you'll provide one of the Soviet Ultimate Weapon, the Vacuum Imploder. And be prepared that the enemy has a strong defenses as well as air superiority & if you wait for too long, the enemy will bring out an Assault Destroyers & Aircraft Carriers & all of the enemy Seaports must be destroy to prevent them by producing the Assault Destroyers & Aircraft Carriers especially the enemy also sending out Paradrop & later on Chronosphere Attack & take the enemy attackers & destroy every resistance that you can find. Capturing a New York Stock Exchange will complete the Bonus Objective & if you are lucky to capture the Allied Construction Yard & once it's captured use the Iron Curtain to protect your captured MCV & bring it to your base & you'll provided an Allied Arsenal alongside with your own Arsenal & once the Statue of Liberty is destroyed & the mission will be completed. There are many ways to destroy the Statue Liberty, you can use the Dreadnoughts to destroy it or you can use the Kirov Airships to destroy it. If you don't want to, you can use Natasha's Airstrike to destroy the Statue of Liberty instantly (Non-Shock Therapy Mod or Original Red Alert 3 while the Shock Therapy need 2 or 3 Airstrikes)
