So I received a package a few days ago from a friend back out west. What was in the box was a pair of Motorola PM400's, a Motorola R.I.C.K. (HLN3333B) with cables, and a brand new Baofeng UV-B5 Dual band handheld radio with a usb programming cable set and software.
