Here is Contra for the NES, I don't think I need to discuss the virtues of this game in any great detail. I am playing this on my NES front loader with no 30-lives code, no continues and no turbo controller. I barely managed to make it through the game without continuing, it has been a while.

I apologize for the shimmering during the horizontal levels, I attribute that to the scaling. I discovered that my capture card can record at 29.97 or 30.00003fps, so I am using the latter option, which after conversion turns into 60.00006fps instead of 59.94fps. Let's hope YouTube doesn't butcher the frame rate. The NES's true frame rate is 60.0988
