[BLIND LET'S PLAY]

With one more extra chapter (#13, to be precise) left to cover before starting chapter 4, Neosekken plunges in. He takes control of Yoshiki as he is being held hostage by Yoshikazu, completely at the latter's mercy. Before anything can happen to Yoshiki, however, Yoshikazu investigates a loud noise that was made near the room the two are in - a noise revealed to have been created by a Byakudan High School student named Tomohiro Ohkawa as a distraction to lure Yoshikazu away while he and Yoshiki could take the opportunity to flee the scene together. After escaping, Yoshiki takes the time to learn the identity of his savior and the circumstances behind his own entrapment in Heavenly Host, before the two end up being ambushed by the ghost children. Thankfully, thanks to the help of a deceased friend of Ohkawa, the two are able to escape, and soon part ways as they try to find their own respective groups - although as soon as Ohkawa leaves, Yoshiki is knocked unconcious by Yoshikazu, and is injured severely enough to where he can no longer remember the specifics of how he escaped Yoshikazu's prison.

Right after this attack, Neo witnesses a scene between Yoshikazu and the girl in the red dress, and it is during this scene where not only is Neo's suspicions on the girl in the red dress' idenity outright confirmed but he also learns that both she and Yoshikazu share a VERY revealing dynamic...

After taking all the events of the extra chapter in, Neo then finally starts chapter 4, where he is treated to a flashback of Seiko with her younger brother, followed by a couple flashbacks featuring Mayu, which is THEN followed by Neo taking control of Satoshi once again as he continues searching Heavenly Host for Yuka. During this search, Neo eventually encounters Naomi in the same bathroom where Seiko hung herself, seemingly attempting to follow in Seiko's footsteps down to the letter. Unfortunately for Neo, he bungles his attempt to rescue Naomi, and she ends up dying the same way Seiko did, and it is this failure that increases the despair in Satoshi's heart over the dire situation he's found himself in.

With his failure to save Naomi plaguing his thoughts, Neo decides to push onward, and eventually comes across both Seiko's cellphone and another Byakudan High School student named Tohko Kirisaki, who is so emotionally distraught and fearful for her life that she's become paranoid that every living human inside Heavenly Host is destined to go crazy at some point, and is therefore unable to trust anybody.

Having lost Naomi, encountering Tohko, and being unable to reach the second wing of Heavenly Host, to say that things could be going better for Neo and Satoshi would be an obvious understatement. Indeed, Neo wouldn't be surprised if he's currently on track for a wrong end, since he's currently not convinced that there wasn't a way he could've saved Naomi...
