Continuing to guide the Hasegawa sisters through the school, the amount of dangers encountered by Neosekken is near constant. One particularly nasty threat is the anatomical model within the science lab, which gives no small amount of trouble for Neo as he tries to keep moving forward. Eventually he succeeds in getting past it, only to see Kaori and Shiho separated from one another shortly after. Kaori continues on after promising Shiho she'd find a way back to her, but it doesn't take long for her to fall into a trap set by a vengeful spirit. Around the time this is happening Shiho is found again by "Kaori", who is clearly attempting to lead Shiho and Neo into a trap of her own. Things only get worse for the Hasegawa sisters and Neo from there.

Neo manages to overcome these traps at a great cost, but he also learns finds vital information and key items needed to get down to the furthest levels of the school and try to escape it. He proceeds to do just that, and as he goes further and further down into the depths of the building, he is confronted by the Vengeful Spirit. It is during this encounter that Neo is given the opportunity he seeks to escape the school, and as soon as the way out is opened he rushes towards it - although unfortunately for him, the school isn't going to let Neo go without a fight...
