Wish I could be more expansive on this topic, but eh, have to make it quick for today.

Basically if you want to counter Quick-Change scroll (aka Second Chance in Nioh) when it comes to PvP you need to know what to do and when.

If you have Living Weapon ready to go, then it is very easy - just stand underneath your opponent, pray that they go for the plunging attack and activate it. The animation will just wreck your opponent. Another viable option is spamming triangle if you are already in Living Weapon, effective, but situational.

Makibishi traps are perfect counter to it, but it does require some Ninjitsu investment.

If you don't want to invest anything then just pick a good skill with some vertical moves, for Spear its Tornado, for Kusarigama its Reaper... for Odachi its either Groundquake (it did lag on me in the video) or Twin Moons and so on. Every weapon has something, you just have to believe my man :P
