The last Crash game (that matters XD) to have a widescreen cheat code made for it. It works mostly like its counterparts, with popping texture on the sides, but it seems less overall. There's also a code for Crash Bash, but I don't know if I'll try it... I don't like Bash that much XD.

I've used the "hor +" code with the widescreen hack to obtain ultrawide, but there's also a "vert -" code, which doesn't present popping textures, but it zooms the image in. Here're the codes:

Both will work with the "pseudo ultrawide" method, but even the "vert -" code will have popping textures together with the widescreen hack.

PGXP is in "Memory only" mode, no CPU overclock (games kind of breaks with it), but I used xBRz x3 (it looks better with it). Recorded at 1280x720@30p (1280x717 scaling), ResHack X/Y 4/3. Re-scaled to 2856x1080, because unlike the ultrawide CTR video, I did scale this correctly and the vertical pixel ratio became much smaller than 1080 using 2560 as the horizontal res, so I raised that res instead so YouTube can get more quality out of it.
