Crash Team Racing - PCSXR-PGXP/Pete'sOGL2 TWEAK - Ultrawide
Just for the funs (again XD). Like my other ultrawide videos, I used gamemasterplc's gameshark cheat code together with the emulator's built-in widescreen hack, than re-scaled the video for the ultrawide aspect, but this is actually a few pixels taller, because I messed up, but I guess it's O.K.. Here're the cheat codes, for the NTSC-U release:
Widescreen 16:9 (hor +):
8006C2F8 0C00
80043168 0400
8004316A 2404
I first try to show the story custscene, but for some reason the game hangs after the Coco scene, so I just skipped the rest and went in game. I played my 2 least favourite tracks (just because of the amount of curves), but they're perfect to showcase that this is the Crash game with the least popping textures using any widescreen method, because they're the biggest levels, with the most polygons (to my view).
PGXP is in "Memory only" mode, and I used CPU overclock x1.30, because of some slowdowns (although there still were some dips to ~25FPS). Recorded at 1280x720@30p (1280x645 aspect scale), ResHack X/Y 4/3, fulscreen filter, FXAA shader. Re-scaled to 2560x1020, hopefully will become 1080p or probably 1440p. Don't really like to waste 4h to upload something not so good...
