Every athlete will eventually get injured. Depending on how invested you are in your art or sport will determine the level of disappointment or depression you will have because you cannot practice it. It's important to find a way to continue training and keep motivation in some fashion that is still beneficial to you. In my case I had some extended neurological pain in my left knee after hyper extending it. Even after the tissues healed I had extensive lasting pain in different positions and activities. One of the ways I kept training was with low impact crawling. It allowed me to keep my mobility and core stability until my mind was ready to let go of the pain that restricted me. I made this video as a little interlude in my journey as I recovered. Funny I have had several videos like this I should probably put them in a play list. Keep on moving my friends. The earth doesn't stop until it's dead, you shouldn't either.

Hello Tubers. My name is Francesco and I have been on a movement journey for over 20 years now. I was the first person in Arizona to start systematized classes in parkour and acrobatics back in 2008 and help grow a program of only 12 students to over 450 students. I started out with being exposed to martial arts such as Aikido, Ninjitsu and Karate. later I figured out how to dance and learned how to breakdance in high school as well as got involved in capoeira. I got interested in Tricking and Tumbling in high school as well and in college got involved in Parkour after watching Urban Ninja video on old forums. I went to college to get an education degree in dance and since then I have been doing in personal/group training, performing as an acrobat and making online Tutorials. I worked at a gymnastics facility for 10 years and honed my teaching and training skills in calisthenics. I currently have dedicated my career to help people with a health and fitness mindset explore my methods of mastering movement to enrich there lives. My website is www.movementmonastery.biz
