Creep Rounds Guide Teamfight Tactics TFT Ultimate Guide to Minion Rounds
In Teamfight Tactics, it's vital to your success to understand how to beat the Creep Rounds in TFT. Each round is scattered across the game and is a bit different, which means each minion or creep needs a different strategy for the round.
In Patch 9.14 the third creep round will be replaced with two Gromps instead of two Melee Minions and two Ranged Minions.
Time stamps for each of the Creep Rounds in Teamfight Tactics:
Creep Round 1 - 2 Melee Minions 1:14
Creep Round 2 - 2 Melee Minions & 1 Ranged Minion 1:30
Creep Round 3 - 2 Gromp Minions 1:35
Creep Round 4 - 3 Krug Minions 2:21
Creep Round 5 - 4 Murk Wolf Minions & 1 Greater Murk Wolf Minion 4:52
Creep Round 6 - 4 Raptor Minion & 1 Crimson Raptor Minion 6:57
Creep Round 7 - Dragon Boss 8:27
Creep Round 8 - Rift Herald Boss 10:31
Creep Round 9 - Elder Dragon Boss 11:18
The Minion Creep Rounds in Teamfight Tactics in this guide will help you understand how to conquer each of the rounds with the most optimal strategy. These tips and tricks for TFT will allow you to expertly clear the PVE Creep Rounds.
The first 3 rounds are simple and easy, even with the addition of the Gromp minions.
The Krug Minion Round is the first challenge of the game and generally works fine if you have 3-4 two-star units by this time. In fact, if you have 3-4 two star units by the Krug Creep Round you shouldn't even need to level to 5.
The Murk Wolf and Greater Murk Wolf Creep Round can be a challenge. The Murk Wolves are Assassin Minions and will jump to your backline so you will need to reposition for this Creep Round.
The Raptor and Crimson Raptor Creep Round is straightforward. You want to spread out your damage so they die close together as they do buff each other.
The Dragon is the first boss Creep Round and does lots of area damage on attacks. In order to counter this Minion Creep Round you'll want to spread your units out to avoid taking extra damage.
The Rift Herald does single target damage but does charge your units at the start of this Creep Round.
The Elder Dragon Creep Round is quite difficult as he is the beefed up version of the regular Dragon Creep Round, but spreading your units works great.
