Twisted Fate Teamfight Tactics Guide TFT Tips & Tricks
54Twisted Fate is set to join Teamfight Tactics as the newest Champion in Patch 9.14. Twisted Fate is a Pirate Sorcerer that costs 2 Gold. His ability, Pick a Card, allows him to cycle between three cards to utilize in a TFT match. Twisted Fate's Gold Card will stun his target. Twisted Fate's Blue Card will grant mana to him and nearby allies. Twisted Fate's Red Card will deal damage in an area around his target.
Twisted Fate now allows players to benefit from the Pirate bonus earlier in the game without having to wait for Gangplank or Miss Fortune. The TFT Pirate Bonus grants between 0 and 4 Gold randomly each round but provides no combat benefit. This means it is purely an economy benefit and is better used early on in the game.
Additionally, Twisted Fate's Mana gain can prove to be a huge boon for Teamfight Tactics Sorcerers, Elementalists, and Shapeshifters allowing Twisted Fate to fit in well in these compositions.
However, Twisted Fate has stats that are on the low side and if he does not cast enough during a TFT round his value goes down. In this Teamfight Tactics Guide we cover where Twisted Fate will fit into TFT.
