I was assigned to neutralise a bunch of enemies plus two Cyberpsychos in Cyberpunk 2077 1.52 with everything set to maximum and DLSS 2.4.3 Quality while running some fixes in the Cyber Engine Tweaks mod. Though it's patchily optimised still...

MSI Afterburner is used to provide statistics for:

1. GPU usage, temperature, core clock, power usage, and video memory usage
2. CPU usage, temperature, core clock, power usage, and system memory usage
3. Framerate
4. Rendering application programming interface (API)
5. Frametime graph in ms

Other remarks:

I run my graphics card at a fixed undervolt/overclock (1920 MHz @ 875 mV) using MSI Afterburner. CPU running at a fixed 4,5 GHz @ 1,225 V in BIOS with every PBO setting disabled. Finally got OBS Studio to detect and successfully record the game using Game Capture, recouping the framerate losses incurred by the intraframe-only FFmpeg recording method. I have also moved the MSI Afterburner on-screen display further down so that it does not obscure health, RAM, level, and sprint indicators on the top left. The game would sometimes drop framerates sporadically accompanied by reduced GPU power usage until it is fixed by opening the map (it was a slideshow there) and then closing it.
