Dark Interval is a single player campaign mod for Half-Life 2 that seeks to retell the story of the game incorporating cut content and drafts from Half-Life 2's concept art and betas. The mod has been in development since 2016 and currently contains 2 episodes, the most recent of which "Part 2: The Journey into the Wasteland" was released in December 13, 2024.

This soundtrack compilation comprises the custom music files found in the Part 2 release of the mod and includes compositions by Caleb "CW3D" West, Hugh "Piggo" Tamlin and Vrabo, among others.

The mod is available for download at ModDB here https://www.moddb.com/mods/dark-interval, right now it's not available on the Steam Workshop for Half-Life 2.
