WarMUX was a free and open source Worms clone that was in development between 2002 and 2011. It was started by Lawrence Azzoug Moy and themed around a war of Unix mascots. The game was originally named Wormux but it was changed to WarMUX to avoid a trademark dispute with Team 17.
