The Gaping Dragon is my favorite boss fight in the whole game. The atmosphere of the boss arena, the bizarre and unique design of the boss itself, and the feeling of accomplishment from destroying such a massive creature makes for a good game playing experience.

Despite the Dragon's imposing size, it is a lot simpler to fight and beat than the annoying Capra Demon. The size of the arena gives you plenty of room to dodge around, observe and plan your attacks.
