I found out today that Daytona USA 2: Battle on The Edge now works in the new and improved Supermodel network build (previously it was only Power Edition). So, if you've been keeping up with my previous Supermodel network video's, you'll know that at present, in order to get the Supermodel network running, you need to disable multithreading on the emulators. This makes them run much slower than if Supermodel used it's default multithreading option, i.e. using all you PC's CPU cores as opposed to only one like it currently has to in network mode. The speed I'm getting here in a 3P link is about 25fps. I've sped the video up here to the speed the game should be running at and also added in some new audio running at the correct speed.
