DC Legends-Checking out Poison Ivy, Killer Frost and PVP ranking
2After taking a bit of a brief look at the changes in DC Legends for April in my last video, I decided to dive deeper into Killer Frost and Poison Ivy. I also talk a bit about the recent PVP ranking controversy that has a ton of people confused and upset.
I recently 5 starred Zatana due to her fragments being on sale and I picked up Killer Frost too. Killer Frost could be very good in a subtle way. She plays out almost with the kind of strategy of a Magic The Gathering Deck. She keeps the enemies slower and you try to keep her speed high so she can effectively stunlock somebody for a few rounds and then shatter them. Poison Ivy has the very interesting plan to make a teammate tank who may not actually have a taunt. People are thinking that maybe she can make somebody highly evasive tank like Huntress. Ivy also can replicate buffs to the team at higher levels and I spent some time discussing some potentially crazy buff sharing combos.
A lot of people found themselves way lower this season than ever and folks are confused an upset. Being 100 points below what I considered the baseline of 1000 is pissing me off. I feel scrubby even though I don't care about PVP. What do you think?
