Hello there ladies and gentlemen and welcome back to Pathfinder Plays and in the last episode we talked about the Inventory system and User Interface. Todays episode is going to be focusing on the guns, the animations, and whatever else I can get into. Lets dig in.
So the video begins by showing the awesome gear and weapons locker. Once again I am really hoping that we can actually utilize a locker like this in our bases in the actual game and that it isn’t restricted to either this stream, or the gun range, because it looks super dope. We also learn that Klean has a preference for the Uzi, so if you die by an Uzi… it might be him. Consider it an honor. Besides some really weird animations going on at the beginning (which a developer said was stock folding animations not fully implemented in the build), the rest looked super polished, weighty, and sounded very satisfying and metallic during reload animation. While he is firing the rounds, while admiring the sounds and inertia of the weapon, I also noticed the great detail of the paper target moving when the rounds impact it. This is a great touch, and I am excited to see what other objects in the game have this type of physics design.
