Deathloop's Delay didn't surprise me but it certainly did remind as to why Arkane seem like they're about to decline. Their director was a genius and he was driven out of the company, we've had monetisation job listings and with this recent news along with the clear shelving of the Dishonored serious the studio is in a tough spot.

I love Arkane, but I despite Bethesda and Zenimax enough these days to know that the glory days are over and without their director, with Bethesda with their heel to their throats, the old Arkane is essentially dead.

Let's hope the new one can at least produce some good work but I think we'll need to get our immersive sim fix elsewhere for now!
