Halo Infinite has been delayed, most people are happy with the news and I'm shocked it happened. I thought it would get pushed out the door given Microsoft appear to need a heavy hitter exclusive given the lacklustre software lineup the Xbox One had. But that was the old Microsoft and the new one seems far more secure and confident with their direction.

Only yesterday I posted a video about another, very different delay and its interesting to see the contrasts here. Microsoft are delaying their game because they're confident enough with their service offerings that they feel they can get away no launch exclusives and still succeed. Good luck to them, because I think those who play on multiple devices will be the winners here in the long term.
