Slay the Spire meets Monster Train with Darkest Dungeon (ish) look. That's what's up withe Deliverance & Reign: a game that has been labeled RPG & Card Battler on Steam. You can check it out for yourself here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2132840/Deliverance__Reign/
The final version of the game is also available. This may not be the best game in 2023, but it'll keep you solidly entertained for a spell while you take a break from the last 80+ hour game and the next.
The developers are really nice people and they offered to give me a couple of codes to give away to you guys if I like the game so I am going to check out the full version right now to see if it's worth it.
These are the same guys who made the tower defense title Defend the Rook, and that one was a solid draw, so I expect this one to be at least equally entertaining.
