Desperate UBISOFT Creates Two More Subsidiaries - UBISOFT in Pieces
37Ubisoft's situation is now a constant joke, as the company has announced plans to create two new subsidiaries to manage previously unknown franchises. This announcement was made during a recent shareholders' meeting, although the distrust among investors and gamers is not the best for a company that has only continued to sink with each new piece of news.
Ubisoft reports that future positions considered for the two new subsidiaries will depend on the employees' track record, which is completely at odds with the addition of Yves Guillemot's son as co-CEO of the subsidiary currently funded by Tencent.
