Hey everyone, Bryan from Raid Leader TV with part two of the
Crota's End raid guide. If you're looking for people to raid with,
be sure to check out DestinyLFG.com to find a group. This time we're
gonna go over the best way to complete the bridge portion of the raid, also
known as the totem or gatekeeper section.

remember this playlist will be constantly updated with the
current best strategy for each encounter, and it just so happens
that right now this fight is very easy due to a clever
workaround involving the sunsinger warlock. by utilizing
their self revive ability, a warlock can essentially bypass
the first 95% of the fight, allowing your fireteam to quickly
and effortlessly progress to the next section of the raid.

if you do not have a warlock in your group or are just a glutton for
punishment then feel free to click the annotation on the screen
to see our guide for the normal, more difficult strategy for this
encounter.

so, the first thing you'll want to do when entering the room is have
your fireteam head to the left side of the room and stand on top of
the large platform directly next to the chasm's edge, with the
exception of your warlock who will go towards the sync plate
located directly in front of the staircase leading down into
the room.

once your fireteam is in position the warlock will begin the
fight by stepping on the sync plate, beginning construction
of the bridge. at this point all 6 members of your
group will then have to leap off the edge or otherwise die
in order to prompt the failed mission restart timer. all your
warlock needs to do is self-revive when the timer hits about
2 seconds left, and proceed to meet up with the rest of your
fireteam and resurrect the rest of the group.

at this point you will have successfully bypassed the regular
mechanics of the encounter such as the sword bearer, annihilator
totems and gatekeepers and instead just have to eliminate the
enemies on the other side of the chasm to continue.

this is an excellent opportunity to use your ice breaker if you
have one but if not any sniper rifle will do as long as you
brought a special ammo synthesis. after destroying the second ogre
your team should be rewarded with some raid loot and the bridge
will construct itself.

before progressing past this point I'd recommend taking a look

if you choose to go past this point unprepared it is very likely
you will pass the second chest and be unable to return for it
later.
