Destroy All Humans! 2 - Reprobed is a Action-Adventure or Third Person Shooter, with a sprinkle of Saints Row 4 in it. You can't steal cars here, but you can hitchhike in human bodies, so you can infiltrate certain places, but this is a smaller part of it, since you can't fight in this state.

So you mostly do that to avoid attention. If you catch too much attention, the citizen will call the police and they will start attacking you.
But if you're in the right places, you have to fight anyway, there you drop your "disguise" and use one of your whacky alien weapons. This is where i draw the connection to Saints Row, since the Game doesn't take itself too serious.
