[DFFOO][Character Effect Exploration] Residual BRV between HP attacks: Iroha / Ursula

Well I have had this idea since wondering how to boost Cid's EX, so been cooking it from time to time. Their effects are really helpful to boost damage for people with a lot of HP dumps but kind of lacking means to acquire BRV. Compare to the mainstream effects though (BRV dmg/HP dmg/ignore def etc) I think they are sort of underrated, underexplored and rare (Iroha is pretty much the only one with her effect iirc). So I dug into it and made this.

As usual, I tend to forget something in the making of the video. Here they are:
1. Just to reiterate, just because a character cannot acquire BRV more than mBRV (from the quantitative criteria explained) does not mean a character is incompatible with Iroha. That criteria is only used when you get to choose between Ursula and Iroha. Ultimately whether or not the BRV she helps you save for your next HP attack is worth it is up to you to decide if you want to give her a spot in the party.
2. Both of them still give their effects at 10% even if you only use their calls. So the conclusion still stands. You can even see Zidane BT finisher with 10% Iroha LD effect still works wonders.
3. Future Prospect
With more reworks and C90 awakening on the horizon, characters will get even more HP dumps, BRV hits and BRV caps, so in theory their value will continue to increase, especially Iroha with probably easier acquisition of BRV in between HP attacks. That said, it can swing the other way that characters will hit that much harder so that they can hit max HP damage values in each attack on their own. So far, that has not happened with Prompto, Zell and Cid.
A little bit about the production: (Skip if not interested XD)
In all honestly I haven't made a ppt in like 6 years, let alone incorporating it into a video and be further processor in a video editor. It has been quite fun learning about the craft as it is being made (like the ppt transition timer prolongs the average automatic mouseclick in between animation instead of adding extra time at the end of a slide, so I had to add the little next slide ATB bar to the end of each slide to control the timer as a workaround ).
It also saves me tons of trouble from using the awful text editor in OpenShot Video editor and make it tidier to look at, compared to the even lower tech production of character effect video on Sazh LD effect a while ago. Hopefully this is concise enough to understand, since there are quite a few idea reference jumps that make it harder to grasp in a linear flow.
Also, OpenShot absolutely froze and refused to play nor render the last part of the video (after Vayne). I tried to delete some part of the ppt but it could not work, so I had to export that part of the ppt into a video, render it in another video editor and it finally worked on OpenShot where the rest of the project was. I am just glad that it finally worked and I refuse to go back to the ppt and fix a typo that I discovered after going through all that. Sorry, but I am too lazy for that lol.
Maybe I will use Quistis to go with Balamb Garden ost next time. Not sure if it will put people to sleep as it sounds like a school lesson with all the math lol.

Hope this info video interest you and I did not make mistakes interpreting them. Iroha is coming to GL soon (should be next month during Arc3 Ch3 pt.2). She does come back with Vayne BT+ so do give her some consideration even if you cannot pick her up the first time.
A lot of terminology is just how I call or denote them, don't be too fixated on them as long as you understand what is going on lol.
May do a Setzer, Cait Sith and Sazh one down the line if I have the time and mood and there is enough interest.
P.S. SE has done it again. They made the entirety of the latter half of June really enticing to pull even though I was not all that interested in Locke and Edgar.
