Even though there was a mini dungeon next to the house, going west now takes you to the train.

I ran around checking out the facilities, but I didn't discover every feature, which is bad because some of those could have made me better prepared for the next dungeon.

We're supposed to bring endangered Pomshires here, but I can't help but wonder if it's a scam.

You can give presents to certain NPCs. Before entering the auditorium, make sure to buy enough supplies, since you'll be locked out of town afterwards.
At the auditorium, Ridal Laufel warns the students not to get arrogant and believe they can accomplish everything alone. In order to sort everyone into classes, he has all the new students take a special field exam.
40:42 Souen Forest
Everyone is put into pairs, and each team competes to find two relics. The game will block off some side paths temporarily to ensure that Kyou and Miyu find a relic. However, the intercom declares that students can fight each other to take the relic.
47:57 Boss: Vanu & Keisar
Vanu has very high evasion at 66% or higher HP while Keisar automatically buffs his party's stats are 66% or higher HP. I took down Keisar first to get rid of his buff, but Vanu can still buff herself, albeit at the cost of having her stance broken. However, she can hit very hard and if you can't hit her in time, she'll regain her stance.
Unlike me, you should use a grenade on Keisar, since it ignores his defense.

Vanu and Keisar warn the party of a Drake.
A path opened up to a console that can unlock a gatebox, but the password is on the gatebox itself (HEIMDAL). Once you reach the middle of the bridge, the Drake will attack.

Unlike me, make sure you bring ailment healing items, since the boss can inflict burn. The boss is very hard to break, but if you take out its legs, it'll take massive damage and get its stance broken. At the end of the fight, the Drake will attempt to use a stronger fire breath, but another character will step in to finish it off.

Kenzo Vanguard will introduce himself and seems apologetic about stealing our kill, but then he uses a binding spell on Miyu and threatens to kidnap her if Kyou doesn't hand over the relic.
1:08:22 Boss: Kenzo
At 66% HP or higher, he has increased agility. He starts the battle by using Heal Jammer, which prevents all healing for Kyou. What an overly convenient ability.
Even if you manage to knock Kenzo to low HP, he will just use his healing item. When things look bad, Kyou will gain red eyes and get a shounen anime powerup. He gets 100% dodge rate, so the battle should be unloseable now.

Kenzo apparently felt pressured by his family name to get the highest rank no matter what, but Kyou swiftly knocks him out.
Elysion and Lunari are the ones with the remaining relic, and Elysion easily defeats Kado and Mai. However, the two want to form a truce with Kyou and Miyu for some reason. Kyou thinks it's a trap, but the voice in his head tells him to accept the truce, since it would be bad for his future otherwise.

Aruke berates Kenzo for getting in over his head, but Kenzo thinks Kyou's glowing red eyes are connected to his powerup.

You can go into the auditorium to find some grenades.
1:22:27 Souen Forest
You can return here and go to the end map to refight the Drake.
1:23:03 Boss: Drake Rematch
This boss will respawn every time you enter this map, so you can try farming for rare drops.

1:28:50 Inverse Tower
You have to fight endless waves, but even the first wave is too hard for now.
